REV Polycarbonate Sheets are lightweight, clear, and impact-resistant plastic sheets for robot construction, prototyping, covers, guards, sponsor panels, intake surfaces, funnels, and other custom mechanisms. Polycarbonate is durable while still allowing visibility of game pieces, electronics, and internal robot components.
The 1mm Polycarbonate Sheet 5 Pack (REV-41-3049-PK5) includes five smaller, more manageable 400mm x 350mm sheets that are easy to store, handle, and modify. This thin and flexible material can be cut with regular scissors, and simple mounting holes can be made with a handheld hole punch. It is a great option for lightweight panels, branding graphics, guards, quick custom parts, and on-the-fly adjustments.
The 2mm Polycarbonate Sheet with 8mm Grid Pattern (REV-41-7537) features a 56 x 36 hole pattern with M3 clearance holes on an 8mm pitch. This makes it especially useful with REV DUO products and FTC-focused builds, while still being versatile enough for custom applications. The 2mm thickness helps the sheet stay aligned to the system pitch while remaining flexible, lightweight, and easy to cut with thick scissors, side cutters, or common shop tools.
The 3mm Polycarbonate Sheet with 1/2in Grid Pattern (REV-21-3410) provides a larger, more rigid sheet for REV ION and other larger robot applications. It features a 94 x 46 hole pattern with #10 screw clearance holes on a 1/2in pitch, allowing for fast mounting, layout, and alignment with REV ION system structures.
Polycarbonate can be modified using common shop tools. Depending on thickness and application, sheets can be cut with scissors, side cutters, shears, tin snips, bandsaws, scroll saws, table saws, hacksaws, or other woodworking tools. Simple holes can be added with a drill bit, and thin sheets can also be modified with a standard hole punch.
Each sheet includes protective masking or film on both sides to help prevent scratches during storage, handling, and fabrication.
Note: Polycarbonate should not be laser cut. Avoid using Loctite, threadlockers, or chemicals that may degrade polycarbonate.
