REV Polycarbonate Sheets are lightweight, durable, and versatile plastic sheets designed for robot construction, prototyping, covers, guards, sponsor panels, intake surfaces, funnels, and other custom mechanisms. Clear polycarbonate provides strong impact resistance while maintaining visibility, making it ideal for applications where teams need a resilient surface without blocking the view of game pieces or internal robot components.
Available in multiple thicknesses and formats, these sheets give teams flexible options depending on their build needs. The 1mm Polycarbonate Sheet 5 Pack (REV-41-3049-PK5) is thin, lightweight, and easy to cut with scissors, making it great for quick adjustments, sponsor panels, branding graphics, lightweight guards, and small custom parts. The 3mm Polycarbonate Sheet with 1/2in Grid Pattern (REV-21-3410) offers a larger, more rigid surface with pre-cut holes on 1/2in spacing that matches the REV ION pitch, allowing for fast mounting and alignment without additional drilling.
Polycarbonate is easy to modify using common shop tools. Simple holes can be made with a standard hole punch or drill bit, while larger or more complex designs can be cut using tools such as shears, tin snips, bandsaws, scroll saws, table saws, or hacksaws depending on the sheet thickness and application. For more precise parts, teams can print a 1:1 pattern from CAD software, attach it to the sheet, and cut or drill the material to match their design.
Each sheet includes protective masking or film on both sides to help prevent scratches during storage, handling, and fabrication. Whether used for fast competition repairs, lightweight panels, or full robot mechanisms, REV Polycarbonate Sheets are a useful addition to any team’s build materials.
Note: Polycarbonate should not be laser cut. Avoid using Loctite/threadlockers or chemicals that may degrade polycarbonate.
