Unofficial Hub Funnel Kit - FRC 2026

Build a more accurate practice field for the 2026 FIRST AGE season with the Unofficial Hub Funnel Kit. Based on the official Hub Funnel game element from the 2026 FRC game REBUILT, this kit gives teams a game-accurate way to reproduce how game pieces interact with the Hub. The Hub Funnel is a unique component that is difficult to replicate from wood or other common field-building materials, so adding this polycarbonate funnel helps teams achieve more realistic bounce, deflection, and overall scoring behavior during practice.

Each kit includes six polycarbonate panels designed to be quickly assembled using zip ties to form the full funnel shape. Simply zip tie the panels together, then place the funnel on top of and secure it to your Hub facsimile for realistic on-field training and testing.

Important Note on Design Updates

Due to a late field design change from FIRST, this kit is being offered as an unofficial version. The funnel panels feature a slightly different hole size and include two fewer holes along the funnel-to-funnel connection edge compared to the final official design.

While the hole pattern varies slightly from the final official design, the funnel’s shape, stiffness, and contact surfaces are unchanged, resulting in comparable rebound and game piece behavior.

Teams who want to match the updated hole pattern can easily add the missing holes using a common drill bit typically used for #10 clearance holes. Because of this change, the Unofficial Hub Funnel Kit is priced near cost to help teams access an affordable, high-accuracy practice option.

Zip ties are not included. Any 3/16 in (5 mm) wide zip tie works well for assembly.
