Description
The 3in MAXSwerve Module – 15T Spline Input Kit is designed to adapt the REV NEO 2.0 Brushless Motor or Kraken X60 for use with the 3in MAXSwerve Module. This kit provides the necessary gearing and hardware to integrate a 15T spline drive motor into MAXSwerve while maintaining the standard drive ratios and performance options teams expect.
This kit includes a 14T pinion gear with an 8mm, 15T spline bore optimized for the NEO 2.0 output shaft, along with two spur gears (21T(22) and 20T(22)). When paired with the included 22T spur gear from the 3in MAXSwerve Module kit (REV-21-3005), teams can select from three distinct wheel speed configurations. A pinion spacer is also included to ensure compatibility with the 3in MAXSwerve V1.1 Upgrade Kit.
The NEO 2.0 mounts directly to the MAXSwerve module without requiring a spacer plate, providing a clean and straightforward installation.
When using a Kraken X60, the included spacer plate is required to properly position the motor for correct gear alignment. You will also need to file approximately 1 mm of material from the MAXSwerve Top Plate to provide clearance for the corner bump outs on the motor housing.
Note: This kit requires the 3in MAXSwerve V1 to V1.1 Upgrade Kit (REV-21-2986) if you have an older MAXSwerve Module.
