Terms & Conditions


Shipping options can be estimated in your cart, or will be calculated at checkout. Options are based on the ship-to address provided and are subject to change without notice as we refine our shipping processes and carriers.

  •  Standard Shipping
    • USPS (First Class or Priority), FedEx Ground, and FedEx Home Delivery services.
    • Estimated transit times are not guaranteed for standard shipping methods.
    • REV is not responsible for lost or undelivered shipments through USPS.
    • Standard orders may take up to 3 business days to process during periods of high order volumes.
  • Expedited Shipping
    • FedEx Express Saver, 2 Day, and Overnight services.
    • Expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM (Noon) Central Time will ship the same day.
    • Expedited Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Noon) Central Time are NOT guaranteed to ship the same day. These orders are shipped as soon as possible, but will likely ship the following business day, particularly during periods of high order volumes.
    • Transit times include business days only.
  • International Shipping
    • USPS First Class Intl., USPS Priority Intl., FedEx Intl. Economy and FedEx Intl. Priority services.
    • Customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes upon delivery.
    • International orders may take up to 3 business days to process.
    • USPS International shipments may spend several weeks in transit.
    • REV is not responsible for lost or undelivered shipments through USPS.

Tracking information, if available, is automatically sent via email to address on file after a package has shipped.

Most items will ship from our Texas warehouse, but depending on stock levels and ship-to location, some orders may be fulfilled by REV through Amazon.

Tax Exempt Order Status

Only orders placed in Texas will be subject to sales tax. For tax exempt orders please create your user account and email a copy of your tax exempt form to then wait for confirmation that your account is listed as tax exempt before placing an order.  Orders placed in Texas before tax exempt status is confirmed will automatically have sales tax applied. 

Purchase Order Process

There is a $150 minimum for purchase orders and payment terms are net 30. Typical processing time for purchase orders is 1-2 days. For a copy of our W9 please click here

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
