Control Hub Repair Service

We strongly recommend reviewing the Hub Repair Service section of our Warranty and Returns page and contacting support@revrobotics.com before purchasing this item.

Email support@revrobotics.com with details about the issue. Many issues can be resolved remotely without sending the Hub back.

If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, you will need to send your Hub in for repair. Purchase the repair service before sending back the damaged Hub.

Note: We recommend purchasing this repair service separately from other items. You may add other non-repair service items to the order, but they will not ship until the damaged Hub is received.

Within one week of purchasing your repair service, send the damaged Hub using a trackable shipping method to:

Include In The Box

•  The damaged Hub

•  A printout of your repair service order confirmation

•  Notes about the reason for the repair

• Please do not include any other parts (cables, sensors, etc)

Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number.

Once we receive your damaged Hub, we will ship a refurbished replacement to the address on your repair service order, using the shipping method and speed you selected at checkout.
