Intern Spotlight: Rylan

For today's #NationalInternDay spotlight, we're spotlighting Rylan, Software Engineering Intern here at REV! Rylan is currently attending the University of Kentucky, majoring in Computer Engineering.

How long have you been a part of robotics?

2 years of FLL, 1 year of FTC, and 4 years of FRC. I am the former Team Captain of FRC Team 5411: RoboTalons, located in Prosper, Texas.

What brought you to REV?

After several years of FRC experience in high school, REV has been an excellent opportunity for an internship. Having just finished up my first year at UK, I don't have the work or school experience that most jobs would look for. REV has given me a place to pick up new skills in an environment that's familiar and that I have experience in already.

What are your hobbies outside of robotics?

Hiking, off-roading, reading, and gaming.
