Job Summary:

REV Robotics is seeking an exceptional, self-driven Executive Administrator to support the CEO in achieving company objectives. Duties of the Executive Administrator will be primarily providing direct support to the CEO, including in-depth data analysis, extensive special project management, and managing/coordinating meetings and schedules. This person will play a significant role in managing CEO communications, both internally and externally. REV is committed to providing quality, low-cost educational robotics parts for STEM Education, and the Executive Administrator should utilize their skills as necessary in order to support that mission

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Creates reports, charts, budgets and other materials needed for presentations or meetings
  • Coordinates, takes notes, and distributes information about meetings, including appropriate follow-up when necessary
  • May attend specific meetings on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinates travel
  • Handles requests, feedback, and queries from or on behalf of the CEO quickly and professionally
  • In-depth research and data analysis to determine feasibility of long-term strategic objectives
  • Learning key details of REV Robotics, including important contact details, technical details about products, and how to extract appropriate data from REV's interconnected computer system(s) 
  • Special project management, including implementation of specific strategic objectives as directed by the CEO 
  • Handles confidential matters with discretion and integrity
  • Screens and manages CEO’s telephone calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring appropriate follow-through
  • Assists with Accounts Receivables/Payable as needed
  • Organizes and orders supplies for general office use
  • May help plan for and represent REV and/or the CEO at events
  • Other responsibilities as needed to ensure that the goals of REV are met

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong skills with computer applications (Word, Email, G-Suite, etc.)
  • Expert skills in Excel
  • Experience analyzing large data sets, and creating summaries or reports accurately presenting large data sets
  • Extremely detail-oriented, and able to effectively check both your own or others' work before presenting information
  • Must have the ability to follow directions, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude 
  • Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including remote meetings with international customers or vendors at times outside of standard US business hours
  • Experience with Sales and/or Accounting roles a plus
  • Experience with Quickbooks Online, CRM systems, and/or E-Commerce platforms a plus
  • Interest or Experience in education and robotics a plus
  • Bachelors degree, or 4+ years of directly relevant work experience, required
  • 10+ years of office work experience preferred 

Compensation:

 $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year, negotiable depending on experience. Regular, full-time position including benefits (health insurance, 401k, etc)

Work Schedule:

Generally, 40 hours per week.
