Today we are happy to announce that we are opening pre-orders on November 16, 2023 for the NEO Vortex & SPARK Flex Pre-Order Bundle, while supplies last. Offer is subject to specific terms and conditions. If terms and conditions are not met, your order may be subject to cancellation.

Below is a list of questions that we anticipate getting from the community:

• When will pre-ordered items ship?
  • We anticipate all pre-orders placed on REV’s US website (www.revrobotics.com) will be shipped before FRC kickoff (January 6, 2024)
    • Orders will be shipped in the order that they were received
    • Pre-orders could potentially ship after December 18th. Please enter a shipping address available during this time, considering potential holiday school closures.

• Will pre-orders be available on REV’s Canada website?
  • Yes, we anticipate that pre-orders placed on REV’s Canada website (www.revrobotics.ca) will be shipped before FRC kickoff (January 6, 2024)
    • Orders will be shipped in the order that they were received
    • Pre-orders could potentially ship after December 18th. Please enter a delivery address available during this time, considering potential school holiday closures.

• Will I be allowed to add products that are not available for pre-order to my cart/order?
  • Due to the nature of the offer, no items other than pre-order products are allowed in cart during purchase

• When will credit cards be charged?
  • Your credit card will be charged at the time of pre-order, not at the time of shipping

• Will we accept Purchase Orders?
  • Yes, POs for the pre-order must be received by REV within 2 weeks of placing the pre-order
  • The pre-order will be canceled if a PO is not received within 2 weeks
  • Please refer to our purchase order page for PO instructions

• Are other Vortex/Flex products going to be available for pre-order?
  • Yes, the following Vortex Shafts will also be available for pre-order:
    • Vortex Shaft - 8mm
    • Vortex Shaft - Falcon Compatible Spline
    • Vortex Shaft - 20DP Gear - 7T
    • Vortex Shaft - MAXSwerve Integrated Key
    • Vortex MAXPlanetary Input Kit

• Will the NEO Vortex Brushless Motor, SPARK Flex Motor Controller, and its accessories be sold separately?
  • Yes, once pre-order bundles have shipped, individual products will become available for purchase. We estimate this timeframe to be the first week of January.
