Job Summary:

REV Robotics is seeking a Warehouse Associate who is interested in the logistics process, including all aspects of shipping, receiving and warehousing duties. The Warehouse Associate will be encouraged to provide ideas for process improvements to the Logistics Manager. This position will work directly with the Warehouse Manager and may require a variety of tasks throughout the day. REV is committed to providing quality, low-cost educational robotics parts for STEM Education and the Warehouse Associate should utilize their skills as necessary to support that mission.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Locates and pulls stock to fulfill E-commerce orders and Purchase Orders
  • Reviews and process orders for accuracy and package according to shipping specifications via USPS, FedEx, and DHL domestic and internationally
  • Material handling may include one or more of the following: picking, packing, scanning, kitting (as applicable), counting products, and other like duties
  • Move outbound shipments to the staging area, verify SKU, quantity and check for damages, and verify that order is complete and processed.
  • Offload inbound merchandise, verify count and SKU, stack on pallets, label pallets, process documents, and relocate merchandise to the proper location.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jacks, etc.
  • Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping all warehouse areas and workstations neat and organized
  • Performs inventory cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy, and identify and resolve discrepancies with Warehouse Manager
  • Provides input on existing processes and assists, Warehouse Manager, with implementing warehouse improvements
  • WMS experience a plus
  • Special projects as necessary
  • May help with training other REV staff as necessary
  • Other responsibilities as needed to ensure that the goals of REV are met

Requirements:

  • Positive team attitude
  • Enthusiastic about exceeding customer expectations
  • Basic mathematical verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Familiarity with shipping software or ability to learn quickly
  • Must be able to follow directions, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must demonstrate effective time management
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Forklift certification preferred

Compensation:

$17 per hour

Work Schedule:

8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
